you are a full-time realtor who limits the number of clients you represent, we did not feel as though we had to jump up

and down to get your attention, nor did we feel as though we were one of a million listings you were juggling.

xxxYou delivered what you promised. Up front, we all agreed our property would need to be aggressively advertised.

Unlike our prior realtor's similar-but ultimately empty-promise to aggressively market our house, you did so by running

the ad daily in the local paper, by suggesting prospective buyers see it despite initial reluctance and by advertising it in

the Northern Virginia area.

xxxWe were particularly impressed that you ran it in the Washington Post's special real estate section. Not only did that

demonstrate to us your breadth of knowledge about the real estate market, it emphasized to us that you were willing to

go to great lengths to get the job done.

xxxYou went beyond what we expected in your successful effort to sell our house. By preparing and sending a pictorial

slide show to buyers, by taking additional and appealing photographs, by workig late into the night with buyers, by

understanding the market, you proved to us your willingness to work on our behalf, as well as your high degree of skill

and professionalism.
