xxxThank you so much for all the effort you put into selling my sister's house in Harrisonburg. It was a very difficult time for me

because of my sister's recent death, and the distance we live from Harrisonburg created additional problems. You were very attentive

to all the details of getting the house ready for sale, watching over it in our absence, and protecting my interests under difficult

circumstances. Many of the things you took care of seemed above and beyond the call of duty but it was a great benefit that we could

count on you to get them done.

xxxI particularly appreciated your help in disposing of all the furnishings, getting the grounds cleaned up, and generally taking care of

the house while it was vacant. I also valued your advice in assessing the market conditions and making the right decisions relating to

pricing and the treatment of the various offers that we received. I don't know how I could have gotten through this without you!
